Ryder Cup: A look at all the players and caddies for Team USA
The 2020 Ryder Cup — taking place a year later due to the COVID-19 pandemic — will be contested later this month at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin.
The following players — with their caddies — automatically qualified for the U.S. team: Collin Morikawa/J.J. Jakovac; Dustin Johnson/Austin Johnson; Bryson DeChambeau/Brian Zeigler; Brooks Koepka/Ricky Elliott; Justin Thomas/Jimmy Johnson; and Patrick Cantlay/Matt Minister.
Today, U.S. Captain Steve Stricker completed his team with the addition of six captain’s picks. Here are the picks, along with their caddies: Daniel Berger/Josh Cassell; Harris English/Eric Larson; Tony Finau/Mark Urbanek; Xander Schauffele/Austin Kaiser; Scottie Scheffler/Scott Mcguinness; and Jordan Spieth/Michael Greller.
The Ryder Cup will be played Sept. 24-26, where the U.S. is looking for its first victory since the 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine and just its third win in the last 10 Ryder Cups played.
