In this week’s Under The Strap podcast, The Caddie Network’s host John Rathouz was joined by caddies Neil Oxman and Herb Stevens, two old-school loopers who got their start as college kids back in the 1970s. Both Neil and Herb went on to successful careers outside of golf, but still enjoy sharing stories about their times on tour with the likes of Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and more.
